2-YEAR WARRANTY

We’re confident in the quality of our jewelry, which is why every DELLUMIA piece is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date your order is delivered.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that may occur under normal wear.

If you experience an issue with your jewelry during the warranty period, please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll work with you to provide the most appropriate solution based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, damage caused by improper care, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.
